AIRidium® System

AIRidium® is a seedflow monitoring system for air seeders, which are capable of counting every single seed. The system consists of one ECU for each junction box and a number of tube sensors corresponding to the number of rows to be monitored. The integration of the measuring system is adapted to the specific customer requirements. The measuring principle is designed for the exact detection of high quantities of non-singulated seed carried in the airflow. The ECU analyzes the signals of all sensors and transfers the required data to the job computer from CAN-BUS. With its exact counting results, AIRidium® provides through a control variable for the metering unit, eliminating the need for a calibration test.
