Monet Viticultura2014

Monet Viticultura is a web platform to control the current state of the vineyard and its evolution from any Internet connected device The tool incorporates algorithms for assessing and predicting the risk of disease in the vineyard (mildew, powdery mildew, botrytis and black rot) and the evolution of phenology. This information allows the viticulturist to anticipate the appearance of the disease and to plan tasks efficiently. To run the disease and phenology prediction models we need to collect meteorological data from the vineyard, offering three possibilities: 1. Use weather stations that are already installed in the vineyard and adapt them, if possible, to transmit to the server managed by Monet. 2. Use public weather stations close to the vineyard that are representative of its behaviour. 3. Install new weather stations in locations of interest in the vineyard. The platform also includes vegetation maps obtained through the processing of aerial images gathered from satellites, drones or aircrafts. This information allows the vineyard zoning and the classification of the grapes prior to harvest, information of great interest for effective production management. Monet Viticultura is completed with a document management system that allows the user to enter information on the tasks carried out in the vineyard and any incident detected in it, integrating, in a single platform, all the information that winegrowers need to carry out their daily work. The user will receive a daily report on the state of the vineyard by email and will also have a mobile APP available for iOS and Android.
